Board of Directors Meetings are open to all owners. Please feel free to join us for any or all of them. For information about specific locations and details, please contact the Board President or any member of the Board of Trustees.

All Assessments are due on June 1 of the year. Please try to get these payments in on time (or even early) as we do not have the staff in place to have to make all the calls required to remind you.

Our Annual Christmas Party has been one of the most popular events. This year we had a great turnout and eveyone had a great time. We need you to attend this great event to make it even better. Mark your calendar now.
