All Assessments are due on June 1 of the year. Please try to get these payments in on time (or even early) as we do not have the staff in place to have to make all the calls required to remind you.

Our Annual Christmas Party was always one of the most popular events but it is believed this would best be replaced with the 4th of July Luau as our big social gathering. If you have any quesitons or suggestions, please contact Lynn Mendoza (login for contact information).

April 26 Fishing Tournament costs $10 per person and there is no age limit. Following the tournament, there is a Pot Luck Dinner and all are invited (even those that do not fish). Please contact Red Fischer for details (login for contact details).
