All Assessments are due on June 1 of the year. Please try to get these payments in on time (or even early) as we do not have the staff in place to have to make all the calls required to remind you.

Our Annual Progressive Dinner is a great hit and many have made it an annual tradition. Come meet lots of other owners and neighbors. Whether you have a house or a lot that has not yet been developed, all are welcome. Please contact Lynn Mendoza 573-732-5566 by November 25, 2008 for more details.

April 26 Fishing Tournament costs $10 per person and there is no age limit. Following the tournament, there is a Pot Luck Dinner and all are invited (even those that do not fish). Please contact Red Fischer for details (314-487-5506).
